A friend of mine sent me a photo of her beautiful mare, Adeline, and I decided to take on this challenge. Well, I learned I need to think things through a little better before I start painting! Adeline is an albino, so other than her pink nose and the light pink around her eyes, she has NO coloring. And what did I choose for a background? A very soft, light, ethereal landscape. So Adeline disappears like a ghost. Dumb move, Lisa! I might try this again and put her in a smoky, dark atmosphere. Lesson Learned!
