Geometrics with Decorative Border
Decorative borders include repeating patterns ranging from Greek Keys to Scrolls to Stenciled motifs. Stencils are hand cut to the exact size needed for each project and handpainted elements are carefully executed by the artist to create an elegantly precise “frame” surrounding the interior floorcloth pattern.
Any of these floorcloth designs can be artistically enhanced with Lisa Curry Mair’s beautiful handpainted effects such as marbling, sponging and dragging on the interior geometric pattern.The Greek Key floorcloth shown above has checks which have been marbled and sponged. Pricing on these basic floorcloths starts at $40/square foot. Prices increase as options are added. There is a minimum size of 50 square feet. Typical sizes are 8′ X 10′ and 9′ X 12′. Lisa enjoys focusing her attention on large, artistic pieces. She does not create small, kitchen sink or entry doormat floorcloths.
