They ship from the UK within 3 days. Yes. There are 4 different designs in the set of 4 for $29.
Unfortunately, the best place I could find to print these is in the UK. That’s why the shipping is so high. But other producers here in the US charge $12-$16 per mask to print, so these 4 for $46 (including shipping) are a better deal.
