New London, New Hampshire

This is a relatively new home in the picturesque New Hampshire town of New London. The owner does a lovely job of creating an “old house” feel with beautiful antiques and reproduction furnishings. She asked the artist to create a scene from New London’s past, but including her newer home. The view of the distant hills in the mural serves to open up the room and invites the viewer to travel to the town’s past.
