Fox and Schoolhouse

A wily fox is hanging out in front of an old stone schoolhouse. This schoolhouse is in a beautiful, tiny town in Vermont called South Reading. It now houses the Reading Good Neighbor Food Shelf. There’s also a fresh water spring where passers-by can fill their water bottles!

This painting was done in 2017 after a drive past on a sunny day inspired Lisa to dream up the idea of a fox completing the image.

DESCRIPTION

Fox and Schoolhouse canvas print by Lisa Curry Mair.   Artwork comes to life with the texture and depth of a stretched canvas print. Your image gets printed onto one of our premium canvases and then stretched on a wooden frame of 1.5″ x 1.5″ stretcher bars (gallery wrap) or 5/8″ x 5/8″ stretcher bars (museum wrap). Your canvas print will be delivered to you “ready to hang” with pre-attached hanging wire, mounting hooks, and nails. “Mirrored” means the image continues around the edges of the frame.

Larger gallery wrapped prints may be special ordered. Contact the studio for more information.
